Our original blend was formulated for rest and rejuvenation combining alcohol extracts from three different herbs. These herbs help induce sleep by relaxing the nervous system and mind, while simultaneously helping to restore them both. These include Valerian Root which is often used as a sedative, Passion Flower to calm the nervous system while also working against mind chatter, and Gotu Kola which is very nutrient dense and also promotes brain function.
